This agreement is to hire Reputation Resolutions to engage in our Google Review Targeting service (Option #1), which is detailed below:

Reputation Resolutions will work to remove only the specific negative reviews you want to target for removal. If you prefer this option, please provide the links or titles of the reviews you would like to target for removal. The cost is a one-time success fee of $1,500 upon removal of EACH negative review. We have a 90% success rate and review removal occurs within 30 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Digital Revolution, LLC (D/B/A Reputation Resolutions) Removal Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Client and Digital Revolution, LLC (D/B/A Reputation Resolutions), collectively the “Parties”, to provide services as outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties.
Duration of Service: This service will commence immediately upon receipt of this signed service agreement. Average completion time would be within 30 days from the initiation of this agreement.
Review Removal Expectations: Reputation Resolutions will utilize the most effective methods and strategies to remove a negative review as part of this agreement. Our team’s ability to remove a review is 100% contingent on the content of each review we are targeting. If a review we are targeting for removal does not contain a violation of the review site’s policies, guidelines, and/or terms of service, it can not be removed. Reputation Resolutions has permanently removed thousands of negative reviews over the last decade and will provide the most optimal opportunity for removal of the negative review harming your reputation.
Payment Terms: Reputation Resolutions will send an invoice to Client (payable via credit card) in the amount of $1,500 upon successful removal of EACH negative Google review. Client agrees to pay each invoice within 72 hours of receipt. After the signing of this agreement, Reputation Resolutions must still be compensated for their work in the amount of $1,500 upon the successful removal of EACH negative Google review by Client, even if Client has contacted Google or the reviewer about the removal of a review that is part of this agreement.
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 14 business days of the billing date and/or bill charge date, a late payment fee of 2.5% a month may apply for all late payments.
Reputation Resolutions shall have the right to disclose all information obtained from the Client to credit reporting agencies in case of non-payment by the Client. Client designates Reputation Resolutions to act as their agent and represent them solely related to this service when communicating with Google.
Confidential Information. Either Party may receive certain Confidential Information and/or Proprietary Information of the other Party. The Confidential Information and/or Proprietary Information may include but is not limited to, pricing structures, marketing plans, removal techniques, sources of supply (including affiliates or agents), trade secrets, and sensitive information about such disclosing Party. Each Party agrees to keep all Confidential Information and Proprietary Information of the other Party strictly confidential.
