I called Reputation Resolution. I spoke directly with Anthony W***, the CEO of the company. I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what he was doing. There was a methodology that Reputation Resolution follows and it all made perfect sense to me. I hired them on the spot. I was immediately introduced to, Natalie A***, my case executive. Natalie, was fantastic. She was fast, thorough, punctual and professional. Many companies one hires pay a lot of lip service as to what they are going to do and how they are going to do it…until they have your money in hand…and then good luck receiving a return call after the check clears. This is NOT how Reputation Resolution operates. They followed through with their pre-announced game plan quickly, efficiently and methodically. By week three my negative Google entry was on page 2 of the search results and going down quickly. By the way in case you haven’t heard this; the best place to hide a dead body is page two of a Google search because nobody ever goes there. I am grateful to Anthony and Natalie. They helped me through a difficult time in my life. They did so with both empathy and professionalism. I highly recommend that if you find yourself in the same position as I did you give them a call and understand they do what they say they are going to do.

If your online reputation has been unjustly besmirched by untrue allegations, what can you do? Fighting an untrue negative online story isn't something we were trained to do, so we decided to seek help from professionals. We contacted six companies, of which some were instantly eliminated. Beware of outfits that claim instant and complete success, they're not truthful. The U.S. doesn't offer European "right to forget" options with search giants like Google. a couple of the outfits we contacted offered to retain lawyers, at great expense, to coerce publishers into removing negative content, which is something we definitely didn't want to do, as it would've called more attention to the content we wanted to remove. When we arranged for an interview with Reputation Resolutions we knew we'd found the team for us. What we discovered is a team of professionals that dedicated considerable time and effort to perform an initial analysis, at no cost, of the negative content we wanted to see fade away, and then presented us with a solid six-month plan. Anthony Will and his team of professionals designed a solid way-ahead, and detailed a primary team-lead that maintained steady weekly contact with us throughout the six months we contracted Reputation Resolutions. Pushing negative content down into online search results takes time, and a concerted effort by everyone, including the customer. We had homework as well, suggestions, editing, reviews of content prior to release, supplying images, etc. The end result is that we started seeing results within the first couple of weeks. I can't describe the feeling of relief we had when saw that first page of results without negative content! If I could hug these folks I would. Six months later, we're almost completely free of negative search results, it takes time for the effort to trickle up, but we're seeing it, and have agreed to do a health check along the way next year to see if we need to push just a little more. We recommend the Reputation Resolutions team with complete confidence, they are wonderful.

To be completely honest; when I read the reviews of Reputation Resolutions they sounded so unanimously positive I thought they must have been fake. I was searching for a way to have a HORRIBLE article published online about me taken down. I had had family members see it, friends see it, I almost thought about changing my name. That might sound extreme, but if the top xxxxx result for your name was an incredibly defamatory article, you might consider it as well.
I looked around for an 'Online Reputation Management' company that had previous successes with the particular website my information was posted on. Reputation Resolutions continued to pop up.
I am ETERNALLY grateful I made the decision to get in contact with them. The gentleman who handled my case was responsive, polite and immensely helpful from the start. He never mentioned the content of the article, never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed because of it (which I was every day). He informed me that I would only pay upon their successful removal of my article.
This was the first (and hopefully last) time I have had to use an ORM service so I have no basis to compare costs but I found it to be very reasonable. This is not a cheap endeavor!!! However, the one other reputation firm I contacted wanted double upfront with no guarantee. Ask yourself, what would you pay to have your confidence back? To not be scared everyone you meet will xxxxxx you? To not live in fear your family will see? Your s/o will see? Current/future employers? To not have to contemplate changing your name anymore? Reputation Resolution is an honest and trustworthy company. When I became aware of a untrue / negative post about me online, I googled on-line reputation management companies and decided on Reputation Resolution mainly because of their Better Business reviews. I called their 800# around 11 pm eastern time and the owner of the company called me back within 20 minutes. He was very understanding and not judgmental of my situation and explained to me the process. I was nervous, upset and didn't know who to trust but he assured me that he could fix the issue and not to worry. He said the process would take up to 2 weeks to complete (it was completed within 10 days). Although the 10 days seems like forever, the post has been removed.
In addition, RR doesn't get paid until the post is gone. Thus they have an incentive to get your issue resolved quickly. I highly recommend them if you are ever in the same situation because you can rest assured that your issue will be handled in a professional and timely manner and the owner is a really nice honest guy!

I had an unfortunate experience with a posting on a website during a critical time when I was moving to a new city and feared if my new co-workers should see this terrible and slanderous posting, they would not have the background and experience yet to discern it for what it was.
